Exercising

I took a jog with my pal Google today. We discussed about my little nack for plants and how I believe nature is and will be the end cure for all things on Earth. Then, while looking over my room, I notice my collection of orchids lying on the floor. For such impressive plants, they deserve to be properly looked after. So from there I began my jog.

My first search began with the browsing of modern planters and stands. Surprisingly, there's plenty of pots and holders but not enough stands. I was hoping to find more of a shelving piece to place numerous plants upon. Something beyond the traditional self on self style. I suppose I'm expecting too much but this could be a good opportunity to design one. Anyhow, most of the designed that appeared for the holders and pots seemed too traditional or too modern. There never seems to be a good medium between styles, forcing a very particular place setting for either or. These pieces however, met my fancy.

1. Post Planter - Foldbedding
These planters would made a great addition outdoor. Its simple design will allow them to blend in well to most environments or the various colors available will allow them to pop.
2. WS3 - Vessel Architectural Pottery
Vessel Architectural Pottery are by far, my favorite pottery source. They are the perfect match between traditional and modern design and it's products will compliment any surround setting.
3. Comfortable Silence - Jory Brigham
Jory's Comfortable Silence sculpts the perfect balance between natural material making concrete and various woods merge effortlessly.
4. Ceramic Case Study Planter - Modernica
An alternative from the WS3 comes the Ceramic Planter by Case Study Ceramics. It still features the same sleek yet simple design as Vessel Architectural Pottery

So, I didn't really find what I was searching for but my jogs with Google usually turn up with some pretty good sources. I also came across a sweet Terrarium i'll show you all later.

Out for now,

Introduction

I find myself being inspired and manifesting ideas in the oddest of times. Be it while eating, walking around, brief pauses between words, and worst of all, right before sleep. I'll spend those moments creating an image that will then allow me to remember the thought for a later time. That way, I can jot it down in hopes to build on that spurt of happiness, but it never spans out according to plan. I'll either forget, procrastinate, or another idea will triumph over the previous.

My spanned out runs with Google has led me to find my desktop, flash-drives, and albums flooded with articles, creations, and designers saved for a later source of inspiration. These too, become an infinite loop of forgetfulness only reminding me of those lost thoughts and ideas that they once created.

So, in creating this blog, I have the hopes of organizing, sharing, and developing these sources that spark my interest.

Signing out for now,
